Terms & Conditions for MyBikes.App

Welcome to MyBikes.App. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MyBikes.App mobile application (“the App”), developed and maintained by the MyBikes.App Team (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the App, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Use of the App
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.
- Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
- Exploit the App or its content commercially without permission.
3. User Accounts
The App uses Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for user authentication and account management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms.
4. Cloud Backup & Restore
The App offers a feature to backup and restore your app-specific data to and from Microsoft Azure cloud services.
While we implement best practices for data security, we are not liable for:
- Data loss or corruption
- Unintended access due to user behavior
- Service interruptions from third-party platforms (e.g., Azure)
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
- Local data stored only on your device remains there until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
- Cloud backup data remains in Azure until you remove it through the App or request account deletion.
- Backup and restore activity records related to your cloud backup account are stored in MongoDB while your account remains active.
- When you request account deletion, we attempt to delete associated cloud backup data and related activity records immediately and will complete deletion within 30 days. If a required service is unavailable, the request may be queued and retried.
6. Advertising
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized or non-personalized based on your privacy and consent settings.
We are not responsible for the content or behavior of third-party ads.
7. Monetization Model
MyBikes.App is currently offered as a free app with advertising support via Google AdMob.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with MyBikes.App remain the property of the MyBikes.App Team. You may not reuse or redistribute any part of the App without our written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for any user who violates these Terms or engages in harmful behavior.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss, loss of access, or unavailability of services
- Third-party actions or service interruptions
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.

13. Request Account Deletion
If you wish to request deletion of your account and associated cloud data, you can use the in-app account deletion flow or contact us. We will process the request in accordance with applicable privacy laws and confirm once deletion has completed.
